Job Responsibilities*

  • Develop commercial strategies and business plans aligned with the company's direction and financial targets. This involves conducting independent research, engaging with Finance, Business Units (BUs), Corporate Planning, and CxOs, as well as verifying data to refine and finalize the Marketing Group's (MG) strategies and business plans.
  • Prepare documentation to provide regular updates to CxOs, MCOM, EXCOM, and the Board of Directors (BoD).
  • Monitor and track key drivers for regular health checks of BU performance, providing updated insights and analyses on the reported performance of the 3-4 Marketing BUs under the job holder’s responsibility. Reports are typically prepared for CxOs.
  • Facilitate the development of a Go-to-Market plan, starting internally with the 12 BUs in the Marketing Group, then across other groups (Sales & Geo) to ensure company-wide alignment with the marketing plan. This includes tracking the execution progress of BUs within the Marketing Group.
  • Coordinate key management meetings within and outside the Marketing Group, following up on outstanding items to ensure timely closure.
  • Support special assignments related to Marketing Group matters, such as industry research, new project analyses, investor meetings, and town hall events.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline is required; a graduate degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in the telecommunications, technology, retail, and/or FMCG sectors; management consulting experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, business and operating model design and assessment, analytical techniques, and complex problem-solving.
  • Strong background in project planning and management, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable objectives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of typical processes, systems, and challenges in the telecom industry.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
