Serve as the dedicated single point of contact (SPOC) and business-side lead for the Consumer Business Division’s Billing & CRM transformation program. Own the end-to-end coordination of the program, translating our strategic "North Star" ambitions into actionable delivery plans and ensuring the final solution perfectly aligns with business objectives. |
Job Responsibilities*
- Strategic Translation & Alignment: Translate the Consumer Business strategy into clear, actionable project scope and delivery plans. Ensure business objectives are consistently reflected in the final solution design and delivery outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between the Consumer Business Division, Consumer Product Development, IT team, business transformation partner, other business unit project managers, and Steering Committee
- End-to-End Project Management: Drive cross-functional collaboration while actively managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and critical-path milestones
- Business Readiness: Ensure the business is fully prepared for key transformation activities, including Proof of Value (POV) sessions, normalization, sourcing, and Steering Committee (SteerCo) decisions.
- Scope & Requirements Ownership: Consolidate complex business requirements and tightly manage scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Executive Reporting & Risk Mitigation: Prepare clear, decision-oriented progress updates for leadership team. Proactively identify and escalate project risks alongside viable mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in project or program management, specifically leading large-scale business or digital transformations.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Consumer Business operations, CRM, and Billing architecture.
- Consultant/Vendor Management: Prior experience partnering with consulting firms (e.g., EY, Deloitte, PwC) and managing large-scale system integrators or IT partners.
- Methodology Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- PMO Certification (a plus point)
- Executive Presence: Strong ability to synthesize complex project data into crisp, decision-oriented presentations for C-level executives and Steering Committees.
- Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Product) without direct reporting authority.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Highly analytical mindset with a talent for proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and managing shifting scope priorities.
- Business Acumen: Ability to map technical system capabilities back to commercial business goals and the overall "North Star" customer experience
