Specialist, Commercial Analyst - Postpaid Convergence

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities*

• Understand business objectives and utilize diverse data sources to develop management reports, draw insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support data analysis for management reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical reports as requested for business decision-making.
• Conduct strategic analysis on Postpaid and TrueOnline portfolios, perform competitive analysis, and provide revenue-driven insights to maximize value and ensure revenue growth.
• Report post-campaign evaluation results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the data warehouse team to understand database structures, ensuring effective analysis delivery.
• Be proficient with one or more data analysis tools/BI platforms and demonstrate flexibility in learning additional tools to address evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, statistics, marketing, or a related field.
• Practical experience in data analysis or equivalent roles.
• Familiarity with common data analysis software tools, including Excel, Tableau, and BI platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively in report form.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is desirable.
