Job Summary
As the Analytics and AI Account Manager, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the entire sales process. You’ll collaborate with potential clients to help them fully understand True Analytics’ and Advertising solutions, delivering tailored business proposals that meet their specific needs. Additionally, you will manage revenue goals through client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Your success will depend on your ability to work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client relationships and consistently exceeding expectations.

Job Responsibilities*

Provide expert knowledge on Analytics & AI products, offering valuable insights to clients.

Collaborate closely with pre-sales teams to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and present compelling proposals.

Conduct product demos, presentations, and offer services to potential clients across sectors such as FMCG, Banking, Insurance, and other Fortune 500 industries.

Manage the completion of RFI/RFPs, thoroughly identifying client requirements, and ensuring effective and proactive communication to drive client satisfaction.

Foster relationships with existing clients and actively pursue new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with potential prospects.

Work with the Product team to enhance product knowledge, advising customers on user behavior and suggesting improvements or changes based on client feedback.

Conduct industry and competitor research to stay informed of market trends and developments.

Maintain a strong understanding of the analytics market, with a focus on emerging technologies, data trends, and consumer behaviors.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher
-
At least 5 years of experience in Analytics Presales, Technical Presales, or client-facing roles providing analytics solutions

Expertise in translating business requirements into actionable analytics solutions

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Thai and English

Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies and effectively articulate their value proposition

Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities

A track record of successful client engagement, relationship building, and negotiation

Consultative, confident, and able to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Experience managing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and delivering solution demonstrations

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Ability to work independently, with a proactive mindset

Results-driven with a strong can-do attitude and eagerness to learn new things
