Job Summary
Plan and develop marketing campaigns that effectively promote our brand and products. Develop marketing materials for all channels, including social media posts. Collaborate with other members of the product and marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
Job Responsibilities*
- Partner closely with Marketing Head to translate direction into actionable integrated marketing plan.
- Develop and own integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans to drive awareness, consideration, and lead generation across multiple channels.
- Lead end-to-end event and activation projects, ensuring effective coordination with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and delivering high-quality on-site execution.
- Translate campaign objectives into compelling creative and content, including clear CTAs, and provide structured briefs to agencies and designers. - Oversee multi-channel content development (digital, social, offline) ensuring consistency in branding, storytelling, and messaging.
- Manage campaign activations such as product launches, VDOs, PR, and digital media initiatives. - Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Foster collaboration within the B2B ecosystem (System Integrators, vendors, partners) to design and execute joint marketing programs.
- Explore and apply AI-powered marketing tools to enhance campaign efficiency, content generation, and performance measurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B or technology-related industries.
- Experience - Proven track record in delivering integrated marketing strategies and IMC plans.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end event management including concept, partner/vendor collaboration, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to translate campaign objectives into creative concepts and content, with structured briefing skills for agencies/designers.
- Skilled in multi-channel marketing execution (digital, offline, PR) with consistent brand messaging.
- Hands-on experience in campaign activation and measurement, driving continuous improvement.
- Experience working within the B2B ecosystem (System Integrators, vendors, partners) to co-create marketing initiatives would be a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
- Solid experience of end-to-end event management including post-event analysis.
- Digital and social media proficiency with data-driven mindset. - Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (content creation, campaign optimization, analytics, customer engagement) and ability to apply them effectively.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai (written and spoken), with ability to develop professional communications and marketing content in both languages.
