Job Description: 

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and managing the Digital Retail & Distribution Platform to enhance user experience and business effectiveness, working closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and manage the platform life cycle, while leading product and project development including system configuration and rollout across channels.

Job Responsibilities*

  1. Explore new AI technologies to improve platform using internal/ external i.e. Sales tools, internal systems, Kiosk, Queue, VDO Call, eDMS and etc.
  1. Evaluate and assess users, business needs and goals.
  1. Develop storyboards, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, user flows and use cases to deliver leading user interfaces.
  1. Gather user requirements and develop business requirements for sales enabling tools and supporting systems
  1. Coordinate with IT for requirement assessment, development and testing
  1. Manage platform life-cycle to sustain the effectiveness and adoption of platform
  1. Lead product/ AI project development and configuration products and roll out to channels

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital & AI Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5–8 years of experience in AI platform or AI development, with experience in requirement gathering, working with IT teams, and supporting system rollout.

Project Management or Product-related certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Relevant IT or AI or Digital Technology certifications will be a plus.

  • Proficient in English with confident communication skills in native-speaker environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI & digital platforms, user experience, and system development processes.
  • Able to identify areas where AI-driven automation can reduce manual workload and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of AI tools, sales enablement tools, supporting systems, and digital retail solutions (e.g., kiosks, queue management, VDO call, DMS).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement analysis skills.
  • Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with business and IT teams.
