Job Summary

Drive revenue performance, profitability, and forecasting accuracy for digital product portfolios by translating commercial and financial data into actionable strategic insights. Act as a central performance steward, connecting digital business leaders and finance with fact-based projections, risk assessments, and growth levers. Lead advanced analytics, forecasting governance, and performance dialogue to ensure revenue outcomes are predictable, explainable, and aligned with strategic and financial objectives.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Own end-to-end revenue performance and forecasting for digital product portfolios by identifying growth drivers, risks, and variances; lead periodic projections, target setting, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with strategic and financial objectives.

  • Deliver strategic business and market insights by analyzing commercial, customer, and financial KPIs, conducting deep-dive analyses on performance trends and customer behavior, and providing fact-based recommendations to support leadership decision-making.

  • Ensure data integrity, reporting excellence, and insight delivery through robust data validation, automated dashboards, and visualization of complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both executive and operational stakeholders.

  • Lead analytical excellence and cross-functional collaboration by developing high-performing analyst teams, continuously improving analytics processes and tools, and partnering closely with Digital, Finance, and Technology teams to drive planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in business performance management, commercial analytics, revenue management, finance, or strategy, preferably within digital, subscription-based, or telecom-style business models.

  • Proven ability to analyze commercial and financial data and translate complex information into clear, actionable, executive-level insights that influence decisions and outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, KPI frameworks, performance drivers, and variance analysis, with hands-on experience managing projections and performance dialogue.

  • Demonstrated capability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments, partnering with digital business units, finance, and technology teams, and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring analysts or team members is strongly preferred.

  • Hands-on proficiency with Excel, SQL, and modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); ability to work with structured and semi-structured data sources.

  • Commercially minded, with structured thinking, strong analytical curiosity, and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively to improve decision quality.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
