Job Summary

Responsible for designing and delivering application solutions that support business objectives while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and operational requirements. The role works closely with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and technology teams to drive end-to-end solution delivery, system integration, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications.

 

Job Responsibilities*

  • Analyze business requirements and assess solution feasibility, system impact, implementation effort, and cost implications.
  • Design application solutions aligned with business needs, enterprise architecture standards, and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users, architects, project teams, and vendors to deliver end-to-end application solutions.
  • Manage solution delivery activities including design, testing, defect management, deployment, and transition to operation.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and technology teams to ensure system performance, scalability, and operational readiness.
  • Provide technical expertise and third-level support for incident investigation, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT or digital development, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
  • Proven track record of leading eCommerce or Omnichannel transformations, ideally managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of mobile/broadband technologies, digital marketing, and UX/UI best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of systems architecture, cloud platforms, microservices, and CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of digital analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Good command on both English and Thai.
