Job Summary
Lead Connectivity Solution & Service Delivery of International Gateway to meet customer requirements and control to deliver service within customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities*

Ensure all delivered services comply with global standards and quality requirements.

Manage and coordinate all internal teams to support smooth end-to-end service delivery.

Collaborate with partners to prepare and deliver solutions from planning to execution.Hand over completed projects to customers, ensuring seamless transition and alignment with delivery objectives.

Support the Connectivity Solutions team in Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives.

Serve as the primary interface with customer project managers; conduct site visits and foster collaboration to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Support Sales in proposing suitable solutions across the product portfolio to drive revenue growth.

Assist in developing and maintaining the sales pipeline.

Work with Corporate Product, Project Management, Technology Group, vendors, and related parties to provide project cost estimates and technical proposals that meet customer requirements.

Estimate project timelines with working teams to ensure services are delivered within customer expectations.

Collaborate with the Technology Group and relevant stakeholders to manage International Gateway operations, ensuring the highest service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.

More than 10 years of experience in telecommunications, engineering, or related industries with a strong track record of success.

Experience in selling telecom solutions, including IoT and digital products.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical capability, and communication skills.

Proven experience in team and people management.Demonstrates a growth mindset, high drive, and agility in a dynamic environment.
