Job Summary

Job Responsibilities*

  • Develop and implement long-term business strategies to position Online Station as a market leader.

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategic initiatives with the overall business direction.

  • Translate insights from research into actionable strategies for 2025 and beyond.

  • Lead the development of revenue models, pricing strategies, and business cases for new products and services.

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with platforms, brands, and agencies.

  • Oversee the sales funnel to optimize conversion rates across various revenue streams.

  • Develop forecasts, budgets, and performance KPIs for commercial activities.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.

  • Expand relationships with key stakeholders in the influencer, gaming, and content industries.

  • Drive collaborations with other True Group units (e.g., TrueID, TrueVisions) to unlock cross-platform synergies and growth.

  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and content consumption patterns to inform decision-making.

  • Leverage data analytics and insights to continuously refine strategies and improve business performance.

  • Lead the development of reports and dashboards for performance tracking, ensuring transparency across all departments.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Advertising or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial management, strategic planning, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital platforms, and content monetization models.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.

  • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with the Thai media and entertainment landscape is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
