Job Summary
The Senior Leader, Campaign Development, is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of strategic and complex campaign projects across departments. This role ensures alignment with business goals, drives operational efficiency, and optimizes campaign performance through data-driven insights. The position also plays a key role in developing team capability and promoting innovation in campaign management.
Job Responsibilities*

Lead and manage large-scale or cross-functional campaign initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and on-time delivery.

Coach and empower campaign managers to own and drive full-cycle campaign execution—from requirement gathering and design to testing and launch.

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend data-driven optimizations for personalization and targeting.

Analyze contact strategy effectiveness and performance trends, providing insights to enhance campaign impact and delivery efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement in work processes, quality assurance, and automation to boost team productivity and campaign ROI.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecom industry is advantage.

Hands-on experience with campaign management tools (e.g., Pelatro, Unica) is a plus.

Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Strong technical skills: SQL, Tableau, and database management.

Solid project management capabilities with logical and analytical thinking.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in written and spoken English.
