Job Summary
Responsible for leading and managing the full spectrum of commercial activities related to Apple products. This role encompasses developing and executing commercial strategies, driving go-to-market initiatives, optimizing business performance, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Job Responsibilities*
• Lead strategic projects from end to end: define the problem, analyze opportunities, develop solutions, and drive implementation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including finance, marketing, operations and sales to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and oversee budgets related to commercial activities, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal allocation of resource.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and business plans for new and existing services.
• Analyze sales performance to measure marketing and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor business performance and identify key opportunities for growth and optimization
Qualifications
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree majoring in Marketing, Sciences, Engineering etc.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Preferably experienced in Product Marketing, with specific exposure to retail business and/or telecommunications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end projects across multiple teams and departments.
• Effective at communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders including HQ, partners, dealers, sales and marketing teams.
• Knowledgeable about business development, product development, and project management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation tools to effectively communicate project status and strategies to stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, comfortable working in international business environments.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset as the accountable owner of product categories.
• Proactively seeks continuous improvement to work efficiently and manage schedules effectively.
• Experienced working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different domains.
