Job Summary

The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring network rollout and operational activities across regions to ensure effective execution, operational efficiency, and service quality. The position works closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders to drive project delivery, performance improvement, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Serve as the Operation Support Key Leader for Mobile and Online operations by coordinating with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of operational priorities and execution plans
  • Provide centralized operational & maintenance support for regional field teams including work scheduling, resource coordination, work order tracking, maintenance activities, tracking compliance with contractual obligations, service quality, and SLA targets and communication between central and regional operations
  • Coordinate rollout and operation activities with Planning, GEO, Track A, Track B, IOC, NOC, engineering teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
  • Monitor project progress, operational KPIs, rollout status, and field activities while providing project management support, reporting, and escalation to ensure achievement of planned milestones
  • Perform data collection, data analytics, and performance analysis to identify operational gaps, improvement opportunities, and initiatives that enhance network quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience
  • Coordinate network rollout, change requests (CR), technology upgrades, and implementation activities by ensuring compliance with change management processes, operational procedures, safety standards, and SLA requirements
  • Conduct root cause analysis, monitor corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives through standardization, guideline development, and operational governance
  • Prepare operational dashboards, management reports, and performance reviews while supporting management decision-making through analytical insights and cross-functional communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard tools.
  • 4–6 years of experience in telecommunications operations, network rollout, operation planning, project coordination, field service operations, or related areas.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors to support operational activities and project delivery.
  • Experience in project monitoring, operational reporting, performance tracking, and KPI management.
  • Experience in data analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in telecommunications, network operations, or infrastructure deployment environments will be an advantage.
