Job Summary
Serve as a trusted technical advisor and presales partner, supporting the sales team in driving business growth through Cloud and ICT Infrastructure Solutions, including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Networking, Wireless, Systems, and Cybersecurity. Responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing fit-for-purpose solutions, developing technical proposals and presentations, and providing technical consultation throughout the sales lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Service teams to deliver competitive, profitable, and customer-centric solutions that meet business and technical needs.
Job Responsibilities*
- Support sales activities for Cloud, ICT, and Integrated Security Solutions across government and commercial customers.
- Design and propose ICT, cloud, and security solutions aligned with customer business requirements.
- Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, and cost estimates.
- Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend value-driven technology solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Technical teams to deliver competitive and customer-centric solutions.
- Monitor project delivery, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved as planned.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth solution deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical consultation and support throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in ICT Consulting, Presales Engineering, System Engineering, or IT Project Management.
- Relevant certifications in Cloud, Networking, Security, or ICT Solutions are preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AWS.
- Experience in network, security, server, storage, and ICT solution design.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
