Job Summary
Sells technical products, services, installations, and configurations to assigned customer for specific technical product and/or application of product. Provides technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives. Researches customer technical specifications and requirements with current or potential technical specifications of company products. Prepares and conducts technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives. Develops potential technical specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements. Prepares sales forecasts. Investigates new applications or improvements to products with customers.
Job Responsibilities*
- Achieve sales targets by identifying potential customer groups and preparing product and service information to present according to customer needs.
- Schedule and meet with prospective customers to introduce yourself, the company, and products and services that match their requirements.
- Follow up, analyze data, make improvements, negotiate, and close sales deals.
- Provide after-sales service by planning customer visits to assess satisfaction and build strong relationships for continuous opportunities to present new products and services.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments to ensure sales commitments are successfully delivered as promised to customers.
- Summarize and prepare sales reports for submission to the department head.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

6–8 years of experience in selling internet solutions for enterprise clients, with a strong focus on Cloud services.

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
