Job Summary
Sells technical products, services, installations, and configurations to assigned customer for specific technical product and/or application of product. Provides technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives. Researches customer technical specifications and requirements with current or potential technical specifications of company products. Prepares and conducts technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives. Develops potential technical specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements. Prepares sales forecasts. Investigates new applications or improvements to products with customers.
Job Responsibilities*

Being responsible on selling activities to B2B designated customers including negotiate contracts and close agreements so as to maximize profits and achieve revenue target |

Growing and maintaining share of wallet and ARPA on customer’s ICT spending with company’s product & services |
|
Building strong client relationship to maintain the existing base revenue and acquire the new one as well as taking care of overall customer management to attain highest customer satisfaction |
|
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors |
|
Expanding the new business solutions portfolio in assigned accounts at the level of company’s expectation |
|
Collaborating with cross functional team as needed to best position company’s product and services |
Qualifications
|
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom Engineering / IT with excellent business/financial acumen |
|
3-5 years solid work experience as an B2B direct sale in Technology company to designated verticals i.e Retails would be a distinct advantage. |
|
Proven record of key success in B2B selling and large enterprise client management |
|
Demonstrable ability to lead , build and self-motivate to achieve the key performance index successfully. Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish Able to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Have industry’s knowledge as well as business procedure and its necessary context Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes and able to present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions Link the solution value to the pains & gains of the C level buyers Proficient in speaking English Good knowledge of Technology and Telecom products & Services Strong value-based and consultative solution selling methodology Previous experience and knowledge of technology or digital products & services is preferred Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Experience with selling premise-based and Cloud (SaaS) software solutions and Managed Services Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data Good at time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks at once Advanced motivational and negotiation skills Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail |
