Job Summary

This role will be responsible for Product Operations and ensures the efficient development and delivery of products, while Business Development focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities and partnerships.

Job Responsibilities*

Product Operations:
•    Product assortment and planogram:  Guideline Assortment & Planogram by channel – Monthly, Update Assortment by channel – Weekly, Monitor & suggestion revise assortment.
•    Supporting Product Teams: This role provides support to product managers and other team members by handling tasks like market research, data analysis, and user feedback management. 
•    Ensuring Product Quality: Product Operations help with quality assurance, Aftersales process, EDI with vendor project, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing product documentation.
•    Focus on Efficiency: Ultimately, Product Operations aims to make it easier for the product team to build and deliver high-quality products efficiently. 
•    Bridging Gaps: They act as a bridge between different teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product-related initiatives. 

Business Development:
•    Business contract agreement management: manage and handle all contracts of products teams and lead monitoring and follow all contract smote to cover business plan. They may be involved in negotiating deals, closing contracts, and managing sales processes.
•    Building Relationships: This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
•    Special Project to support Business growth: This involves building new business and innovative systems and processes to serve product efficiency process. Such as One Brand, CP Axtra and convergence with CPG group etc.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Science, Engineering etc.
•    Strong Business development, communication skills and interpersonal skills, good logical ability.
•    PowerPoint and presentation skills to explain the situation to stakeholders
•    Fluent English skills to work in an international company
•    Strong ownership as an owner of the product category
•    Always find a better way to work efficiently and manage a schedule.
•    More than 5 years, Experience in Sales and Marketing 
•    Experience in the Product Marketing field is preferable with retails business or related working Telecommunication experience and retail management certifications preferred.
•    Good lead project E2E across-the-aboard conception and demonstrate leadership. Communication skills to co-work with various stakeholders (HQ/dealers/Sales/Other Marketing team, etc.)
