Job Description: 

Job Summary

Operate and manage purchasing operations mainly in Merchandise’s Packaging and Printing product in order to meet performance and business targets.

 

Job Responsibilities*

  1. Communicate and review job requirement with internal customer to plan for effective vendor sourcing and selection.
  2. Edit and process P/R to P/O and other related documents follow up to get management approval and release PO within 2 days
  3. Coordinate and monitor with various parties both internal and external to get job deliver with good performance in price, place, quality and service.
  4. Negotiate with selected vendor to achieve internal customer objective and maximise purchasing cost saving.
  5. Periodically conduct and participate in supplier audit and evaluation to improve supplier relation and development.
  6. Report and consult with supervisor for problem solving and decision making.
  7. Support supervisor /manager on procurement process and system development. Maintain the correct data and close the expiry PO outstanding.
  8. Request and review vendor profile and their related documents   prior to register to E-Procurement system, get the data up to date to maintain the approved vendor list.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in related field.
  • Experience 5  Years Procurement 
  • Negotiation and Communication Skill
  • Computer Skill in Microsoft Office, SAP
  • Good in English both writing and speaking
