Job Summary

Support in planning and executing integrated brand communication strategies across online and offline channels. Job Responsibilities*

Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and Digital Campaigns:

Deep understanding of IMC principles, with a focus on online marketing platforms.
Collaborate with business units, creative agencies, media agencies, and internal teams to develop and execute IMC and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, BU, etc.) to deliver impactful campaigns.

Multi-Channel Communication Development:

Implement traditional and online communication strategies.
Curate content aligning with our strategy, emphasizing engagement based on the customer journey.
Oversee creative work, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.

Performance & Analytics

Track campaign performance, budget, and ROI against business goals.
Analyze data, generate insights, and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or similar roles.
Proven experience in managing social media, content creation.
Strong leadership with proven ability to build positive relationships and drive growth.
Independently lead multiple projects from start to finish, prioritizing effectively under pressure.
Skilled in translating strategies into impactful, English-language presentations.
Deep interest in digital marketing, with up-to-date knowledge of trends and innovations.
