Senior Associate, Litigation Management
Job Summary
Litigation Management will oversee and manage legal cases involving the company group, whether as a plaintiff or defendant. The role entails strategizing and defending cases, managing case portfolios, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to safeguard the company’s legal interests and minimize risk exposure.
Job Responsibilities*
- Representing companies as a litigator in the court handling Civil cases, filing lawsuits, defending cases, managing cases in instances where the company group is the plaintiff (tasks received from the External Agency Management (XAM) team, including debtors who are legal entities and individuals) and cases where the company group is the defendant (according to court summons).
- Handling criminal cases, civil cases related to criminal cases, filing complaints, prosecuting, and defending cases at the police, prosecutor, and court levels, especially new tasks arising from executive policies regarding filing complaints and legal actions in cases of lost or damaged telecommunications station property nationwide.
- Initiating lawsuits, defending cases, and handling other types of cases such as administrative cases, intellectual property and international trade cases, labor cases, bankruptcy cases, and business rehabilitation, etc.
- Providing legal opinions to the Business Units (BU) upon request.
- Work with and/or support others in Legal Division and other divisions/departments
Qualifications

5–7 years of expertise in handling civil and criminal cases, including defending clients in complex litigation matters. Skilled in case analysis, legal strategy development, and achieving favorable outcomes in diverse legal proceedings.

Good knowledge of E-court filing system
