Job Summary

Regulations will oversee and manage legal cases involving regulatory matters, ensuring the company’s compliance with laws and defending its interests in litigation. The role involves managing cases where the company is the plaintiff, providing legal expertise, and supporting the organization in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Plan and provide legal opinions as requested by Business Units under True Corporation Plc. and other companies regarding business operations or event organizations (Transactional advice), including setting guidelines for setting sales promotion conditions, advertising communications, and public relations to be consistent with and in accordance with various regulatory rules and regulations to help businesses be risk-free or reduce risks, along with solutions.
  • Understand and apply the principles, regulations, and laws related to telecommunications and television businesses and other businesses.
  • Set guidelines operations, and inspections so that the team can provide legal advice and opinions on customer or external party complaints regarding products and/or services or business operations of companies and can manage complaints and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Develop working skill to team and other departments to have diverse knowledge.
  • Special tasks as assigned by the executives.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experienced advising on regulatory compliance, providing legal opinions to business units, and ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
  • Lawyer License (required)
  • Good Knowledge of business transaction advice and solving problem skills/ working relate on Regulations ruling and business negotiation skills.
  • Strong in Legal research and Interpretation and adaptation to business.
