Job Summary

Job Responsibilities*

• Manage and execute the end-to-end implementation of roaming strategy, key growth drivers, roadmap, customer segmentation, portfolio with differentiated propositions, and commercial plan to achieve the defined goals.
• Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle management (define, acquire, base management, retention) with key stakeholders to achieve the defined objectives.
• Lead insight generation, performance management, and translation of insights into actions, including high-level product concepts and differentiated proposition development, and identify potential business opportunities (e.g., product, value-added benefits, partnerships).
• Manage key stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve the defined goals and best serve customers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Economics, or relevant areas.
• 2-4 years of experience in telecom, marketing, commercial, or a relevant industry, with proven success.
• Experience in product management.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, manage, track, and troubleshoot multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth mindset with strong drive and agility.
