The True Future Frontline Leader Program is an 18-month hands-on development journey designed to prepare the next generation of leaders who can drive success from the frontline. You will gain real experience through strategic projects, field rotations, and mentorship, building a strong foundation in operations and customer experience across True Corporation and CP Group. 

This program focuses on shaping leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and the ability to lead teams effectively in dynamic environments.  

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field 

• 0 -3 years of working experience (Fresh graduates are also welcome) 

• Strong passion for learning and leading through real experience 

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership attitude 

• Good command of English 

• Mobility to work in upcountry is a must
