Job Summary

  • Manage key Educational & Higher Education (Medical Faculties accounts), driving revenue growth and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Serve as a Specialist, providing tailored solutions and acquiring new business within the assigned sectors.
  • Develop strategic sales plans, ensuring client retention and achieving Specialist-level revenue targets.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Serve as a Specialist, developing compelling value propositions tailored to the unique needs of the Educational & Healthcare sectors to qualify for new business and achieve target and revenue.

 

Job Responsibilities*

  • Customer Site Visit & Account Planning: Conduct customer visits and develop account plans to support business growth.
  • Sales Planning & Pipeline Quality: Build accurate sales plans and maintain a high‑quality pipeline.
  • Project & Bidding Management: Manage projects and lead bidding processes from planning to submission.
  • Mentoring: Guide and support junior team members in relevant expertise areas.

Qualifications

Qualification

 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

 

Experience

 

At least 5 years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in IT, Telecommunications Technology, IT Solutions, or Digital Technology.

 

Skill and Knowledge

  1. Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Power Point) or Canva
  2. Good communication skills (verbal and written) and Negotiation and persuasion skills.
