Job Summary

System Management & Co-Ordination in CONNEXT ED is responsible for coordinating and managing the development and maintenance of internal systems to ensure smooth operations and data integrity as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to support system improvements and troubleshoot technical issues.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Gather and Analyze User Requirements: Conduct meetings with users to gather system requirements and document them clearly as specifications or user stories.
  • Coordinate Between Business Users and Development Teams (IT/Vendor): Communicate business needs to development teams and ensure alignment with business processes and pain points.
  • Prepare Project Documentation and Planning: Draft TOR, project plans, and timelines, and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Monitor Progress and Resolve Issues: Track project milestones, coordinate issue resolution, and manage any timeline deviations.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Define test cases, facilitate testing sessions, and collect user feedback for improvements.
  • Support System Go-Live Readiness: Verify system readiness for deployment and coordinate training and communication with end users.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the role of System Development Coordinator / Business Analyst / Project Coordinator (IT).
  • Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), project tracking, and working with external vendors
  • Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis Proficient in preparing project documentation (e.g., TOR, timelines, progress reports)
  • Solid understanding of system development processes
  • Ability to coordinate between business users and IT teams and translate user requirements into clear and actionable system specifications
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
