Senior Associate, Advertising Solutions

Job Summary

Manage digital advertising campaigns on TrueID and True Money Wallet end to end. Work with the sales team on inventory forecasting and presales. End to end campaign setup in ad serving platforms ensuring accurate and timely setup. Monitor and optimize campaigns ensuring high performance and customer service for clients. Post campaign reporting.

Job Responsibilities*

• Campaign Setup: Setup ad campaigns in google ad manager ensuring accuracy and time efficiency. Includes sponsorship, direct sales and house campaigns, take post live screenshots
• Ad Creative: Ensure all creatives are received on time, tested and applied to campaigns in a timely fashion
• Campaign Performance and Optimization: Monitor campaigns and ensure high performance working towards campaign KPI metrics. Optimize campaigns where necessary providing top class customer service
• Post Campaign Reports: Provide accurate reports for internal and external client distribution providing key insights and performance call outs
• Advertising Team Admin: provide ad hoc support to the wider advertising team including meeting room bookings, mail tasks, client event coordination support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years experience working in an agency or digital publisher/ OTT platforms is preferred
• Proven experience in digital advertising, specifically with campaign management, google ad manager, ad words, excel/ PowerPoint to intermediate level
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills
