Job Summary

Lead nationwide retail strategy and operations by governing shop and partner performance, trade marketing effectiveness, people and cost management, and operational risk, while leveraging business insights to drive continuous improvement, service excellence, and sustainable commercial growth

Job Responsibilities*

Retail Strategy & National Operations Leadership : Lead and define the end‑to‑end  Shop and operations strategy for all shop formats nationwide. Translate corporate strategy into executable retail and partner operating models, ensuring consistent performance, service excellence, and brand standards across all regions.

Partner Management : Provide executive oversight and governance for retail partners, ensuring alignment on commercial objectives, operational standards, compliance, and customer experience

Trade Marketing & Commercial Effectiveness : Oversee trade marketing strategy for both corporate and partner shops, including campaign execution, promotions, visual merchandising, and ROI optimization. Ensure trade activities effectively drive sales, traffic, and conversion.

People Leadership & Organization Effectiveness : Build a strong leadership pipeline across retail and partner organizations,performance management, and cultural transformation to support long‑term business sustainability.

Operational Quality, Risk & Compliance :  Ensure robust control, compliance, and risk management across nationwide retail operations, including cash control, stock management, partner compliance, and operational audits, minimizing financial and reputational exposure.

Business Insight & Continuous Improvement : Lead the utilization of enterprise-wide data, analytics, and business insights to identify strategic growth opportunities, enhance productivity, and address critical customer pain points. Drive and govern continuous improvement initiatives across retail operations, partner ecosystems, and end‑to‑end customer journeys, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, long‑term value creation, and sustainable business performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years and up of experience in retail, sales operations, or commercial leadership
  • At least 8–10 years in senior executive or large‑scale people management roles
  • Strong experience managing nationwide retail networks and partner
