Job Summary
Head of Retail Business is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of mobile/device retail business operations, including strategy development, sales, marketing, and customer service. This role involves overseeing a team of professionals to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency within the mobile retail sector and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends
Job Responsibilities*
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the mobile retail business segment. This includes identifying market opportunities, analyzing competitors, and setting clear objectives and targets.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities. Develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales incentives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Marketing and Branding: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and promote products and services. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling messaging and promotional materials tailored to the mobile retail market.
Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all retail channels. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, including product demonstrations, after-sales support, and feedback mechanisms.
Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the mobile retail team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop and mentor team members to maximize their potential and performance.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics for the mobile retail business. Monitor key financial indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial targets.
Partnerships and Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and vendors in the mobile industry. Negotiate favorable terms and agreements to secure competitive pricing and ensure product availability.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 10 Years of in-depth experience in Key Account and Retail Management.
Proven track record of success in a leadership role within mobile/device retail industry.
Strong understanding of mobile technology trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
