Job Summary

Strategy plan and implement comprehensive operational and sales management, collaborating with other departments to achieve sales targets and plan budget control by monthly and quarterly efficiently.

This includes managing sales channels and coordinating with regional operations to support sales activities and ensure optimal efficiency. Additionally, gathering sales-related issues and opportunities in the area to discuss investments, network expansion, and signal quality improvements, with the aim of efficiently expanding the company’s customer base.

Coordinate with Regional Head drives business opportunity for all products including mobile, online, true visions, IOT and others. Supporting reinforce performance and quality all channels. Ensure operation process rightly guided.

 

Job Responsibilities*

  • (6 Dimention KPI )Plan / Drive Strategy & Operational Management  in a comprehensive manner includes new initiative  business opportunity for all channels and coordinate with regional & provincial management.
  • Monitor Performance all products /all channels / all provinces .Ensure operation and E2E process rightly guided to strategy.
  • Coordinate with other departments to plan sales and manage sales channels to achieve sales targets efficiently.
  • Optimized OPEX/CAPEX 
  • Overall plan budget by Quarter or monthly  (receive direction from regional head) to PBH /RSM/Head DS.
  • Discuss investment (with SP/NP/Roll out team), expanding the network, and improving the signal quality in the area. This will help efficiently expand the company’s customer base.
  • Manage Regional Operations.  Engage all regional teams work supportly for regional operations , and reaction for the best valued service to our customer experiences , lowest cost , highly efficiency.
  • Gathering sales issues  and finding opportunities in the area. Supporting sales activities and ensure maximum efficiency. Coordinate and solved problems with internal & external department

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any fields

Experience :  At least 10 year experiences. (5-10 years in commercial field)Experiences in senior sales management & large team management. Strategy and operation skill,   problems solving for the team quickly,Collaborate Works with many internal and external efficiency.

Certification : CPLI program or SPLD program or Leadership program in company ( optional experience in manager level )
