Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving the device business strategy, portfolio performance, and commercial execution across mobile channels. The position focuses on optimizing device portfolio, enhancing commercial outcomes, and strengthening cross-functional alignment to support overall business growth.

The role acts as a central driver for device-related strategy and performance, working closely with product, marketing, sales, and channel teams to ensure effective execution and sustainable results.

Job Responsibilities*

Key Responsibilities

1. Device Portfolio Strategy & Optimization

  • Define and manage the overall device portfolio strategy across segments (mass, premium, bundling)
  • Identify opportunities to optimize product mix, lifecycle management, and market competitiveness
  • Drive portfolio performance to maximize revenue and margin contribution

2. Commercial Planning & Performance Management

  • Lead commercial planning for device-related initiatives including pricing, promotions, and bundling strategies
  • Monitor performance and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness and profitability
  • Ensure alignment between commercial plans and overall business objectives

3. Go-to-Market & Execution Alignment

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and channel teams to ensure effective launch and execution of device campaigns
  • Support end-to-end execution from planning to in-market performance tracking

4. Cross-functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key interface between commercial, product, and channel teams
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and clear accountability

5. Financial & Performance Oversight

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for the device business
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 8–12 years of experience in device business, commercial strategy, or retail-related roles
  • Strong understanding of device market, consumer trends, and bundling strategies
  • Experience in telecom or consumer electronics is highly preferred
