Lead and orchestrate enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives by translating strategic AI priorities into executable programs, ensuring they deliver measurable business value, drive responsible AI adoption, and accelerate organizational readiness across people, processes, and technology

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT or related fiedl, PMO/PM, MBA is a plus

15+ years

 
  • Strong program management background (digital transformation, AI/ML, data, or enterprise tech)
  • Skilled at navigating matrixed organization and c-level stakeholders
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, GenAI platforms, governance, and business value creation
