Job Summary

The Strategy Coordinator is a vital link between strategy and execution. This role is responsible for coordinating the annual and long-term strategic planning processes. The Strategy Coordinator ensures that strategic plans are well-documented, effectively communicated, and seamlessly handed off to the Transformation Office for implementation. This role is crucial for ensuring the strategic plan is effectively translated into operational reality.

Job Responsibilities*

Lead the overall strategic planning process across the organization:-

  1. Strategy Process Coordination: Act as the central point for coordinating the entire strategic planning process. Manage the timeline, organize workshops, and ensure deliverables are met by all stakeholders
  2. Strategic Communication: Prepare and maintain all key strategic documents, including the annual plan, strategic roadmaps, and board-level presentations. Ensure the strategic vision is clearly articulated and communicated across the organization
  3. Liaison with Transformation Office: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Corporate Planning team and the Transformation Office. Ensure a smooth and complete hand-off of strategic initiatives, providing all necessary documentation and context
  4. High-Level Performance Monitoring: Track the progress of strategic initiatives at a high level, ensuring they are aligned with the overall strategic plan. Provide regular status updates to the Head of Corporate Planning.

 

Develop a complete, end-to-end analysis of business challenges or opportunities, covering market dynamics, operational feasibility, and financial impact. Synthesize findings to create actionable, data-driven recommendations and business cases for senior leadership

 

Coordinate with relevant BUs to key strategic projects, ensuring project objective is clear & align with company direction and that the the overall project structure is properly set up and managed


High-Level Performance Monitoring: Track the progress of strategic initiatives at a high level, ensuring they are aligned with the overall strategic plan. Provide regular status updates to the Head of Corporate Planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in corporate strategy / planning, project management, program management role
