Job Summary

Organization Design and Effectiveness will lead organizational diagnostics and design initiatives to optimize structure, roles, and workforce productivity, including right-sizing, job evaluation, and alignment with the business operating model. Provide strategic consulting support to HR Business Partners and business units on organizational design, job design, and manpower management to ensure internal equity and optimal headcount. Act as a PMO to drive and monitor organizational effectiveness initiatives while partnering with finance to ensure efficient management of personnel costs.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Perform organizational diagnostics to identify potential areas for right-sizing and architecture, including but not limited to the analysis of span of control, organizational layers, reporting lines, and workflow processes.
  • Review and design organizational structures and job roles that align with the business operating model, including reviewing job descriptions and conducting job evaluations to ensure internal equity.
  • Conduct strategic analysis to identify manpower management levers that enhance workforce productivity while maintaining an optimal headcount.
  • Act as a PMO, working closely with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and business units to execute and monitor organizational and manpower effectiveness initiatives.
  • Provide consulting support to HR Business Partners (HRBP) and business units on organizational design, job design, and manpower management.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure personnel costs are effectively managed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields
  • Minimum 10 years of working experiences with at least 5 years in organization design, manpower planning, and/or job architecture design.
