Job Summary
Associate, Litigation & Regulation will manage and oversee all litigation matters for the company group, including civil, criminal, administrative, and other related cases, while providing legal counsel to business units to protect the company’s rights, mitigate legal risks, and support business operations.

Manage and oversee all litigation matters for the company group across civil, criminal, administrative, and related case types.

Represent the company in court proceedings and handle end-to-end litigation activities.

Provide legal counsel to business units to protect company rights, reduce legal risks, and support business operations.

Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues in the Legal Division and other departments to ensure effective case management and resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Experienced in handling court procedures, including E-Court filing system
- Strong litigation skills, including filing, prosecuting, and defending cases across multiple court levels
- Effective negotiation and dispute resolution abilities
- Familiarity with criminal, civil, administrative, labor, bankruptcy, and commercial proceedings is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and case management skills
