Job Summary

To manage and ensure the readiness, accuracy, and availability of equipment required for Online FTTx construction, including maintaining equipment data and coordinating with relevant teams and vendors to support efficient project delivery in alignment with defined targets.

Job Responsibilities*

1. Manage Stock of Active & Passive Equipment – In‑house & Vendor

  • Active Equipment: New OLT, cards for capacity expansion
  • Passive Equipment: OFC, splitter, closure, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors on equipment supply and delivery

2. Coordinate Rollout Deployment in BMA and UPC for OLT & Add‑Card Installation, including Vendor Equipment

  • Inspect and verify accuracy of equipment data related to OLT / add‑card installation

3. Manage Equipment Allocation as per Item 1

  • Allocate OLT and cards according to engineering design and requirements
  • Allocate passive equipment to support construction and ensure efficient utilization

4. Prepare and Manage Required Documentation for C1 and PROMs

  • Handle eRFX, PR, PO, CR, DAT, DAC, PAC, FAT, FAC, invoice documents
  • Maintain accurate and updated equipment information
  • Update equipment status and records in the Online FTTx system

5. Monitor Equipment Utilization in Online Rollout

  • Record and update equipment usage in the Online rollout database

Qualifications

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.

Experience
More than 5 years.

Skill and Knowledge

  • Experience in Online project rollout or network construction
  • Strong initiative and proactive mindset
