Job Summary
To monitor and evaluate the operational performance of contractors by preparing Power BI dashboards and various reports, including supporting related data analysis to improve project efficiency and ensure achievement of defined objectives.
Job Responsibilities*
1. Monitor and Evaluate Contractor Performance for the Online Rollout Project
- Track contractor performance based on progress, quality, and timeliness as defined.
- Coordinate with contractors to gather operational updates from assigned areas to support issue resolution and improve work efficiency.
- Identify issues and propose improvement actions to enhance project performance.
- Verify actual performance against planned progress within defined timelines.
2. Prepare and Evaluate Contractor Performance for the Power BI Dashboard Project
- Track contractor performance based on progress, quality, and timeliness as defined.
- Coordinate with contractors to gather operational updates from assigned areas to support issue resolution and improve work efficiency.
- Identify issues and propose improvement actions to enhance project performance.

3. Support Contractor Payment Processes
- Prepare required reports to support contractor payment processing.
- Track and evaluate contractor performance to ensure accuracy and completeness for payment-related documentation.
4. Support Assigned Tasks and Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate information for safety committee submissions (CSO).
- Support daily tasks at True Tower F.23 as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
More than 5 years.
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in Online Rollout Projects and Power BI reporting.
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose improvements.
