Job Summary
Job Responsibilities*
IT Support:
-
Prepare and configure computers for staff members for online stations.

Provide support and resolve issues related to IT systems, including computers, Wi-Fi, and LAN for both office and studio environments.

Manage IT office support and oversee IT asset management.
IT Coordination:
-
Act as a liaison between end users and higher-level technical support.

Advise on suitable IT equipment and specifications for streaming, video editing, and other high-performance tasks.

Troubleshoot user-reported IT issues, including email marketing (Mailchimp) and SMS promotions for events.
IT Procurement:
-
Plan and manage the IT budget (capital expenditure).
-
Purchase new computers, IT equipment, software, and services, as well as renewals and maintenance agreements.
Special Projects:

Coordinate the IT network infrastructure for events, such as TGS2023, and liaise with technicians to ensure internet connectivity and support.
Quality Assurance (QA):

Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software meets quality standards.

Identify, document, and track defects, bugs, and issues found during testing.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT support, asset management, and procurement.

Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of IT systems and networks.
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical users.
-
Experience in project management and coordinating technical support during events is a plus.
