Job Summary
Job Responsibilities*
● Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with clients to discuss their media advertising needs, objectives, and challenges. Understand their business goals and how our media solutions can help achieve them.
● Campaign Presentations: Develop and present tailored media campaign ideas and detailed costs to clients. Showcase how our media strategies can address their specific needs and drive results.
● Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Negotiate campaign terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
● Ongoing Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the duration of their campaigns. Provide updates, address any emerging issues, and ensure that all aspects of the campaign are executed as planned.
● Sales Target Achievement: Proactively drive yourself to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Demonstrate initiative and strategic thinking in managing and growing your client accounts.
● Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Make compelling pitches to potential clients to secure new contracts and expand our agency’s client base.
● Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to offer insightful recommendations and strategies to clients.
● Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, sales activities, and client feedback. Analyze data to refine strategies and improve future campaign
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, advertising, or related field
● 1-3 Years of working experience with proven achievement in media sales, account management, or a related field within the media or advertising industry.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and build relationships with clients effectively.
● Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
● Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
