Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance in a True Branding shop. Ensure accurate transaction handling, compliance with company standards, and maintain a positive brand image while supporting operational processes.

Job Responsibilities*

Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide professional assistance to customers for inquiries, after-sales service, complaints, and urgent issues.
  • Explain complex telecom concepts in simple terms and resolve basic technical problems (e.g., SIM activation, device/promotion inquiries, after-sales handling).

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Recommend mobile packages, internet & True Vision plans, and devices based on customer needs.
  • Perform up-selling and cross-selling to meet assigned KPIs and sales targets.

Product & Service Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile plans, fiber internet & True Vision, promotions, and device contracts.
  • Understand policies on contract terms, penalties, and number portability.

System & Documentation Management

  • Operate front-office systems for activations, price plan changes and after-sales handling.
  • Verify customer documents (ID, signatures) and ensure legal compliance in contracts.
  • Handle payments accurately via cash, card, QR systems or True App.

Inventory & Operational Support

  • Check stock accuracy for devices, SIM cards, and accessories.
  • Execute daily store opening and closing procedures while ensuring strict compliance with equipment safety standard.

Work Under Pressure & Team Collaboration

  • Manage high customer traffic during peak periods while maintaining service quality.
  • Coordinate with team members to achieve shop targets and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Good personality, clear communication skills.
  • Service Mindset
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • No history of financial misconduct or fraud.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Highly accountable for all assigned tasks and deliverable
