Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Postpaid Product Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development and deployment of postpaid mobile products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, high-quality user experiences, and efficient go-to-market delivery. Job Responsibilities*

Product Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and create comprehensive BRDs for IT development.

  • Review and validate System Requirement Specifications (SRS) provided by IT teams.

  • Conduct or oversee product testing and ensure readiness for product launch.

  • Coordinate product rollout across all relevant sales and service channels.

Product Configuration

  • Create configuration requirements for new product offerings and enhancements.

  • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) or verify testing results for system readiness.

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure a seamless configuration and launch process.

Issue Resolution & Product Support

  • Investigate and resolve product-related issues and system gaps.

  • Define and communicate product policies to internal teams for handling customer inquiries and complaints.

  • Continuously improve service quality and product performance based on feedback and operational insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in product development, business analysis, or a related field.

  • Background in mobile telecommunications or related digital services is preferred.

  • Familiarity with system testing, product lifecycle management, and product launch processes.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with IT, marketing, and customer service teams.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills in both Thai and English.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience in interpreting technical documents and system flows is a plus.
