Job Summary
A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.
Job Responsibilities*
- End-to-end project management, including Project Planning, Project Schedule, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final delivery of projects to meet customer expectations within timeline, quality.
- Communicate and setup overall project plan, proper milestones, timeline, progress updates and any issues/risks/concerns to all stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor and manage project risks and issues to minimize their impact on project delivery.
- Implement effective change management processes to accommodate project scope changes and customer 's requirements. Assess the impact of changes on project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution all related teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conducting regular project meetings and facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, User acceptance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Project management Experience
• Experiences in IOT, AI product and platform is a plus
• Experiences in the field of digital product and project management especially Telco, Banking or IT-related industry is preferred.
• Ability to speak and write professionally both Thai and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience of managing senior client stakeholders
• Ability to lead insource &outsource team
• Self-organized and self-motivated
• Strong analytical skills with systematic and structured approach to documenting business needs and problem solving
