Job Summary

  • Define and all marketing strategies and campaigns through collaboration with ecosystem partners , insurance agents, sale agents and marketing team members
  • Drive insurance sales and brand awareness goals through events and other marketing initiatives that foster new and engage existing members of target audience groups
  • Conduct campaign feasibility through Testing, Analysis and Optimization of content marketing campaigns, digital sponsorships, paid media buys, speaking engagements, events and more to ensure a positive cost per lead ratio that drives Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Track and proactively monitor emerging trends within the insurance and marketing industry, highlighting relevant reports to executive management as needed
  • Track marketing campaigns events e-marketing and subscriber lists and other necessary information in CRM systems
  • Drive work in tandem with creatives on the graphic design team to ensure completion of marketing campaign and promotional materials and other collateral
  • Build business relationships with current and potential partners at the executive management level
  • Maintain and refresh marketing and business development documentation

Job Responsibilities*

  • Drive and manage all stages of the product life cycle from ideation through launch and optimization
  • To conduct research on customer preferences with stakeholders
  • To create and drive the marketing plan and campaigns to maximize revenue and scale the platform
  • To drive go-to-market by launching marketing iniatives with stakeholders
  • To Influence other BUs to support the business and marketing campaign launch
     

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field
Experience in insurance will be given special consideration 
Proficiency in MS Office 
Excellent multitasking skills 
Ability to prioritize tasks 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences 
Strong organizational and time management skills
